  • Any buyer can contact any seller directly and transact with or without BazaarA2z.
  • This is exactly what BazaarA2z wants - initiate transaction between two parties and develop mutual trust. Long term business relationship develops on mutual trust, leading to repeat trade.


I am a Buyer - How Can I Trust Seller ?

All Overseas Payments in US Dollar

  • BazarA2Z is open for all countries
  • Buyers and Sellers from India as well as overseas countries are welcome
  • To avoid multi-currency complexities, we accept only two currencies - US Dollar and Indian Rupees - for pricing.
  • Each product listed in BazarA2z has prices in US Dollar as well as Indian Rupees.
  • However, those merchants who wish to sell in overseas markets - only USD prices needed. Transactions for these merchants will be in USD only (though the system may use an Indian Rupee price equivalent for internal processing).
  • Overseas Buyers (i.e. buyers from outside India) pay in US Dollar only.
  • Indian buyers pay in Indian Rupees.
Merchants May Not Accept Certain Orders 

  • Merchants at BazarA2z can ship to many countries across the world
  • However, there are certain countries where shipment may not be possible for logistical issues. There may also be orders which merchants may not accept.
  • Final decision on accepting or rejecting any order is Merchant's call. BazarA2Z  neither imposes any restriction nor compels either merchants or buyers to accept or reject a particular deal.


Select Products and Add to Cart

  • Visit BazarA2z, view products under various categories, select products you wish to buy.
  • For placing order, you need to join BazarA2z as registered member. Registration is free and takes a few minutes
  • BazarA2z being a wholesale marketplace - products are sold in 'lots'. A lot may be defined as minimum order quantity.
  • As in wholesale market, price of a product decreases with increasing volume. In other words, more you order, less will be its price.
  • Select your currency by using the top right hand currency drop down menu. Default price is Indian Rupees. If you are from outside India, please select USD from drop-down currency box
  • You will find information on lot size (i.e. number of products per lot), lot-wise price list and price per piece across against every product
  • Decide on number of lots you wish to buy and enter the number
  • Add the product in shopping cart by clicking 'Add to Cart' button
  • Cart window at top right hand corner displays number of items in the cart
Bargain and Place Order

  • Keep adding products in shopping cart. Once you are through with product selection, click at shopping cart icon at top right hand corner
  • The cart displays all products you have selected so far. If necessary, further update your product list by deleting or changing quantity. The shopping cart re-calculates price and displays against each product.
  • In case you do not accept seller's price - you may initiate bargaining by clicking the radio button. A window for bargain price appears. Enter your price for the product(s) and add your comments for seller.
  • Click on 'Place Order' button
  • At this point - the system will prompt you to log-in, in case you are not yet logged in
  • Enter shipping infomation and confirm the order
  • An order will be placed on concerned seller
  • You will receive an e-mail message about this order. Your message box in MyInfoBanc also gets updated with order information
  • You can also view the order by log-in to MyInfoBanc and clicking on MyInbox
Buyer Seller Interaction and Invoice Generation

  • Your Order needs seller's acceptance
  • Seller will get your order through e-mail as well as in Merchant section of MyInfoBanc
  • If the seller accepts your payment and other terms and conditions - an invoice will be generated and sent to buyer with payment instructions
  • In case seller does not accept your bargain price or any other terms and conditions, he/she may send back the order to buyer with his/her revised price and comments
  • Buyer may accept seller's terms or again send it back to seller with new price/terms.
  • The process continues till buyer and seller both accept mutually agreed terms and conditions. 
  • On successful completion of buyer-seller interaction when both and buyer and seller agree - an invoice will be generated and sent to buyer with payment instructions
  • All communications get stored in MyInBox section of MyInfoBanc
Payment and Shipment 

  • Payment and physical shipment takes place between buyer and seller directly as per their mutually agreed terms and conditions
  • This part is outside the purview of BazarA2Z
  • BazarA2Z is not responsible for any dispute between buyer and seller arising out of transactions at BazarA2Z.
  • BazarA2Z only provides a platform for negotiation, it never becomes part of any transaction between buyer and seller

Create Your On-Line Store

  • After basic set-up, create your on-line store
  • On-line store, in essence, is a ready-to-sell catalog of products
  • BazarA2z system automatically creates your on-line store based on product information supplied by you
  • All you need to do is to
    1. Decide minumum order quantity (lot)
    2. Set your selling price per lot (ex factory/shop). Indicate how you deal with freight cost (e,g, Free, to be changed extra etc.)
    3. If you set your lot size (i.e. Minimum Order Quantity) as 1 - you will be selling only in retail. However, if you wish to sell in retail as well as wholesale - set lot size as 1 but create discount for those buying multiple lots.

Receive Orders

  • BazarA2z, in association with, attracts buyers from all over the world
  • Buyer browses your products, add selected ones in shopping cart and places order.
  • BazarA2Z being a wholesale market - buyer may not accept your selling price and set his/her bargain price.
  • In case buyer opts for bargaining - the communication betwen buyer and seller continues till both agree on a mutually acceptable price and payment terms
  • On successful negotiation, buyer receives invoice containing detail off-line payment instructions (as provided by merchant) and link for online payment (in case merchant has payment gateway)
  • Once buyer pays - its for seller to execute shipment as per mutually agreed terms
  • You receive order information through e-mail as well as messaging system of BazarA2z
Confirm Order

  • Seller has to confirm order before invoice gets generated
  • Log-in to Your Merchant Control Panel and check order status
  • Review orders and reply to buyer's communication wherever required
  • When buyer and seller both agree to a mutually agreed terms and conditions, confirm your acceptance for concerned order
  • Once you confirm order - you must ship it within 'Delivery Period'
  • You are free to reject any order
  • However, rejection of order for products which your company has displayed for sell, conveys negative signal. Buyers may not like such rejection and may write critical review about you which, in turn, may affect your reputation as seller
  • If you are unable to ship any product - please remove it from your store
Ship Ordered Products

  • Ship ordered products as per mutually agreed terms
  • Please make sure ordered products are shipped well within delivery period 
  • Log-in to Merchant's Control Panel and update order status
  • Please enter shipping carrier name and dispatch number for on-line tracking
Order Rejection - Dispute Settelemnt

  • Buyer may reject your shipment in case he/she feels your product quality/quanity does not match with order quality/quantity or for any other valid reason
  • In such case, buyer may initiate a dispute and refuse to accept your shipment/return your product and demand refund.
  • You should try to avoid such scenario by being extra careful about quality, quantity, packaging and delivery time of your products
  • BazarA2z aims to initiate a successful transaction between buyer and seller, however small the order amount may be. The idea is to create better mutual trust and open door for more transactions in future
  • If your very first shipment runs into trouble - whole purpose of BazarA2z gets defeated
  • If such situation arises, you should communicate with buyer directly and do your best to settle the dispute amicably
  • BazarA2z will try its best to help you as well as concerned buyer to settle the dispute in a mutually beneficial way
  • However, the onus is on you and your buyer. BazarA2z can not do more than counselling
  • Buyer is free to write adverse review or rate you badly - all such communication from your customer will be available in public. BazarA2Z will not be responsible for such communications - you should do your best to get good rating from your buyer.


What is On-Line Store ?

  • On-line store - in essence - is a ready-to-sell catalog of products
  • A catalog merely displays product information. Buyers browse through catalog and send purchase related enquiry to concerned seller. Seller responds and a negotiation starts. Actual buy sell transaction occurs later in off-line mode
  • On-line store makes it possible for buyers to not only browse the catalog but also purchase selected products in real time.
  • An on-line store captures the whole process of buying in an end-to-end (e2e) transaction, where buyers from any part of the world can order products from online store and pay for it in real time.

Wholesale Lot - Basic Pricing Block

  • The first step in creating wholesale store is to identify a minimum order quantity for each product. This is called 'wholesale lot' or simply 'lot'.
  • Buyers have to purchase at least one lot of a product
  • For example - traders sell t-shirts in set of 4 different sizes XXL, XX, XL and X in wholesale market. Buyers have to buy at least one set having 4 different sizes. The lot size in this case becomes 4 and its composition is 4 t-shirts with sizes XXL, XX, XL and X.
  • As merchant, you need to identify lot size and composition for each of your products
Differential Price - Lower Price for Higher Volume

  • The second step in creating wholesale store is to determine volume based price
  • You need to create price for each lot or a range of lots
  • For example - you may set a price when buyer orders for 1 - 5 lots and a lower price when buyer orders for 6 to 10 lots. This may go on for more ranges such as 11 - 15, 15 - 20, 21 - 50, 51 - 100 etc.
  • So, buyers are encouraged to order higher volume in wholesale market

Shipment Against Mutually Agreed Terms

  • You as merchant is free to negotiate with buyer on your payment terms
  • We strongly advise you to agree on a mutually agreed terms and conditions with buyer before shipment.
  • You are free to accept or reject any order. In fact, no invoice gets generated unless you accept an order.
  • However, once you have accepted an order, you are obliged to ship the products
What Happens If Buyer Does Not Pay

  • Such a situation never arises as merchants ship products only after reaching an agreement with buyer on payment and other terms
  • You may ask for 100% advance payment or any other terms that suits you as well as buyer.
  • BazarA2Z is never a part of your transaction - it has no say on how you negotiate with your buyer
What Happens if Buyer Rejects My Order

  • You should take good care to ensure such a situation never arises
  • However, in rare instance when your product gets rejected, get into direct communication with buyer and try your best to solve it amicably
  • In case you fail to settle the dispute, buyer is free to write adverse reviews or rate you poorly. Such reviews will be available in public and may adversely impact your future transactions.
How Do I Get Paid

  • You need to state clearly how do you wish to be paid during activation of your online store
  • This information will be used in invoice
  • If you have a payment gateway and its integrated in your merchant account - invoice will have facility for online payment directly to your account through your payment gateway.
  • Paid members of InfoBanc - please contact support staff in case you do not have online Payment gateway. We shall help you get one free of cost.

What Is Escrow ?

  • Escrow service reduces potential risk of fraud in a buy-sell transaction by acting as payment guarantor
  • Provided by a third party (other than buyer and seller) who is trusted by both buyer and seller, escrow collects, holds and disburses funds according to terms and conditions mutually agreed by buyer and seller
Why Use Escrow ?

  • Escrow is a low-cost solution for lower value transactions where buyer and seller are unknown to each other, possibly transacting for the first time.
  • Letter of Credit is also a safe option, but its too expensive for low-value transaction
  • Buyer and seller do not need escrow if they know and trust each other sufficiently well
How Does it Work in BazarA2z ?

  • BazarA2Z does not accept any payment - all payments are made directly to seller
  • BazarA2Z allows buyer and seller to negotiate any mutually agreed payment option.

Why Escrow is a Safe Option for Both Buyer and Seller

  • Escrow offers safety to both buyer and seller
  • Buyer is safe as he/she gets to inspect and approve ordered products before payment
  • Seller is safe as buyer has already made 100% advance. There is no delay - seller receives payment as soon as buyer approves ordered products


On-Line Payment Options

  • Payment may be made through credit card, debit card, NetBanking etc. in case merchant has online payment gateway
  • Payments are made directly in Merchant's account - BazarA2Z is not responsible for reliability/safety/security of merchant's payment gateway. Buyers should exercise sufficient caution for online payment transactions.
PayPal Payment

  • PayPal is the largest online payment gateway in the world, processing millions of online payments. Its a safe and popular payment option
  • BazarA2Z allows online payment througn PayPal for merchants who have integrated PayPal in their merchant account
  • Indian merchants - PayPal has recently made arrangement for integrating PayPal account with merchant's Indian Bank account so that any payment made through PayPal gets credited in connected bank account within 48 hours.
  • Paid members of InfoBanc - Please ask support staff for instructions on how to create PayPal account. If you have a PayPal account - ask support staff to integrate it with your merchant account


Offline Payment Options 

  • There are several offline payment options that merchants may use
  • Merchants should indicate offline payment instructions in clear terms while activating online store. Same information will be used in invoice - misleading or incorrect payment information will prevent buyers from making payment and may create adverse negative sentiment in buyer's mind
  • Wire Transfer is a popular offline payment option where buyer sends payment from his/her bank to seller's bank account
  • RTGS amd NEFT are popular bank-to-bank offline payment options.  
How To Pay Through RTGS / NEFT / Wire Transfer
  • RTGS stands for Real Time Gross Settlement, NEFT stands for National Electronic Funds Transfer. These are popular payment options for transfer of funds from one bank account to another. RTGS is applicable for overseas fund transfer while NEFT is for domestic fund transfer.

Delivery Options

  • Buyers and Sellers should decide on delivery option in their mutually agreed terms and conditions
  • There are many delivery options such as courier, air-freight, sea-freight etc.
  • Courier is the simplest delivery option - used for low volume/weight shipments
  • EMS (Speedpost in India), DHL, UPS, Fedex - are some of the popular couriers used for overseas and domestic delivery
  • Sellers may exercise a preferred delivery option depending upon shipping services available at his/her place
  • EMS is usually cheaper - however, it takes longer delivery time (6 - 10 working days)
  • Fedex, DHL, UPS are faster - but may cost more
  • Air-Freight is used for heavier shipments and sea-freight for heaviest (in weight and volume). Consult a logistics operator for shipment in such cases.

  • All courier services offer online tracking facility
  • Buyers and merchants may track progress of shipment online

  • Consult courier companies for rates
  • Shipping cost may vary significantly depending upon
    • Weight / dimension of package
    • Destination address
    • Preference of shipping carrier (Fedex, DHL, UPS or EMS)
  • For air-freight and sea-freight - please consult logistics operators


Shipment Cost Does Not Include Taxes in Destination Country


  • Shipment costs as provided by service companies usually do not include customs duty, import tarriff, VAT or any such tax applicable at buyer's country
  • Its the responsibility of buyer to pay any tax levied by his/her country
  • Usually, international carriers (FEDEX, EMS) take the responsibility to clear import cargo and charges receiver of package (i.e. buyer) duties paid by it during customs clearance
  • Each country has its own rules and regulation for import. Please check relevant regulation in your own country. BazarA2z or its merchants are not responsible for rules, regulations, customs tarriff, VAT etc. applicable in buyer's country and concerned buyer has to take responsibility of paying such taxes wherever necessary



How To Track Shipment


  • Merchant should inform buyer about delivery details immediately after shipment
  • In case shipment is through courier - buyer and merchant may track progress of shipment online using tracking facilities provided by courier companies
  • In case shipment is through air-freight/sea-freight - concerned logistics operator may help you locate shipment status

How a Dispute Starts

  • Dispute arises when buyer is not satisfied and wishes to reject a shipped product
  • Most of the time - dispute originates from misundestanding or communication gap
  • It usually happens because of following reasons
    • Product shipped by merchant does not reach buyer or is delayed beyond a reasonable period of time
    • The delivered product significantly differs from what was ordered
  • Buyer may initiate a dispute and open a dialog with seller
  • If dialog with seller does resolve the issue - buyer is free to write a review and/or rate the seller accordingly. Please provide ample reason for rejection/adverse remark
  • Your feedback will help future buyers and also help concerned merchant to identify his/her shortcomings and to take corrective measures
Dispute Resolution Process

  • BazarA2z will do its best to mediate and bring a mutually agreeable solution
  • We encourage you to resolve the issue by communicating with concerned seller
  • Buyer and seller are free to use tel/fax or any other communication medium
  • BazarA2z will do its best to resolve a dispute. However, its collective responsibility of buyer and seller to reslve all disputes amicably. BazarA2Z can only counsel. If required, BazarA2Z may investigate based on information/ evidence provided by buyer and seller and take necesary remedial measure including termnating/blacklisting accused party.

Protection Against Frauds

  • BazarA2z reserves the right to suspend, terminate membership or take any other appropriate action against any member suspected of indulging in fraudulent activities
  • If suspicious activity is reported - BazarA2z will investigate and depending upon situation may warn, suspend, or take actions that it deems fit against any member violating BazarA2z policies
