How BazarA2z works

Select a product, decide quantity - BazarA2z automatically calculates total price based on order quantity (larger the quantity, lesser is the rate) and shipping cost to your door-step. Add selected products to Cart and place Order.

How a Dispute Starts

  • Dispute arises when buyer is not satisfied and wishes to reject a shipped product
  • Most of the time - dispute originates from misundestanding or communication gap
  • It usually happens because of following reasons
    • Product shipped by merchant does not reach buyer or is delayed beyond a reasonable period of time
    • The delivered product significantly differs from what was ordered
  • Buyer initiates a dispute by log-in to MyBazarA2z and 'reject' concerned order
  • Please provide ample reason for rejection - rejection without any reason is invalid
  • Please note - the product is not yet 'disputed' - its 'rejected'
Initiating Dispute Process

  • Opening dispute is a three-step process
    1. Buyer 'rejects' a product
    2. Buyer and seller starts a dialog to resolve the issue. Quite often, buyer and seller reaches a mutually agreeable understanding and the issue gets resolved when buyer 'approves' the order previously 'rejected'
    3. However, if buyer and seller are unable to resolve the issue - buyer initiates 'dispute'
  • Once a dispute is open - status of concerned order becomes 'disputed'
  • Opening a dispute guarantees that your money remains in Escrow account and does not get released to concerned Merchant
Dispute Resolution Process

  • BazarA2z will do its best to mediate and bring a mutually agreeable solution as per its dispute resolution policy
  • We encourages you to resolve the issue by communicating with concerned seller within 15 working days. To communicate with concerned seller, you can reply messages to the seller by clicking "Reply" button.
  • Buyer and seller are free to use tel/fax or any other communication medium
  • If the dispute is still not resolved even after 15 days - please inform us and provide full details on reason for rejection and dispute
  • BazarA2z will investigate based on information/evidence provided by buyer and seller. If one party fails to co-operate in dispute resolution, BazarA2z resolution center will rule in favour of other party
  • Buyer may end the dispute any time by returning the disputed product to seller and claiming refund
