How BazarA2z works
Select a product, decide quantity - BazarA2z automatically calculates total price based on order quantity (larger the quantity, lesser is the rate) and shipping cost to your door-step. Add selected products to Cart and place Order.   Pay to BazarA2z through PayPal, Credit Card or Bank Transfer. Your payment remains with BazarA2z until ordered products are delivered to your door-step and you approve it. Seller gets paid on your authorization.   Seller confirms order and ships ordered products through a reliable international carrier such as Fedex, EMS etc. You receive tracking information for continuous monitoring   International carrier delivers ordered products at shipping address specified by you   Receive ordered products and check its quality and quantity. If you are satisfied with it, please log-in to MyBazarA2z and click 'Approve' link for concerned order   On your approval, the order gets 'closed' and we release seller's payment. Please leave your feedback and rate the seller

• After joining BazarA2z, log-in to Merchant's Control panel
• Create Your Company Profile. Remember, buyers will view your profile, so make it brief and professional
• Go to 'Settings' section and set your preferred shipping catrrier (EMS, Fedex etc.)
• You will need to ship products using your preferred shipping carrier only
• Set maximum order amount. A buyer can order for this much amount only (max.) at a time

• After basic set-up, create your on-line store
• On-line store, in essence, is a ready-to-sell catalog of products
• BazarA2z system automatically creates your on-line store based on product information supplied by you
• All you need to do is to
  1. Decide minumum order quantity (lot)
  2. Set your selling price per lot (ex factory/shop). Do not include shipping cost - it will be calculated by BazarA2z during ordering)
  3. Encourage buyers to order more by offering lower price for higher order quantity (differential pricing)
  4. Wholesale pricing system of BazarA2z makes the job of offering differential pricing extremely easy
  5. Add packaging information, weight per lot, processing time (i.e. time taken to ship the order) and a few more pieces of information
• That's All - BazarA2z System takes care of the rest

• BazarA2z, in association with infobanc.com, attracts buyers from all over the world
• Buyer places order for your products and pay BazarA2z directly. Buyer's payment include product price + Shipping cost
• Payment for your products remains with BazarA2z during order processing
• You receive order information through e-mail as well as messaging system of BazarA2z

• Log-in to Your Merchant Control Panel and check order status
• Review orders where payment has been made
• Confirm your acceptance by clicking at 'Confirm' button in concerned order
• Once you confirm order - you must ship it within 'Processing Time'
• You are free to reject any order by clicking 'Reject' button.
• Buyer gets full refund for orders rejected by merchant
• However, rejection of order for products which your company has displayed for sell, conveys negative signal. Buyers may not like such rejection and may write critical review about you which, in turn, may affect your reputation as seller
• If you are unable to ship any product - please remove it from your store

• Ship ordered products through your preferred shpping carrier only
• You need not worry about payment as buyer has already paid for your product as well as shipping cost. This money remains with BazarA2z during order processing
• Please make sure ordered products are shipped well within processing time and through your preferred shipping carrrier only
• Log-in to Merchant's Control Panel and update order status by clicking at 'Shipped' button in concerned order
• Please enter shipping carrier name and dispatch number for on-line tracking

• Buyer receives your product at his/her door-step
• Buyer checks and approve ordered products by log-in to MyBazarA2z and clicking at 'Approve' button in concerned order
• You receive approval information immediately through e-mail and BazarA2z messaging system
• BazarA2z pays you product price and shipping cost
• Contact buyer directly and get repeat order
• You are free to trade more with concerned buyer directly or through BazarA2z
• BazarA2z will be happy to see you sell more and more

• Your Payment remains with BazarA2z during order processing
• On successful execution of order when buyer receives and approve your product, BazaarA2z pays you your due.
• BazarA2z will send your payment within 7 days through crossed multi-city cheque drawn in favour of your company. It could be through PayPal in appropriate cases.
• BazarA2z will deduct a small percentage of order amount (usually 5-10%) from your payment towards accounting and transaction charge

• Buyer may reject your order in case he/she feels your product quality/quanity does not match with order quality/quantity or for any other valid reason
• In such case, buyer may initiate a dispute and refuse to accept your order/return your product and demand refund. You will not receive payment for such disputed case.
• You should try to avoid such scenario by being extra careful about quality, quantity, packaging and delivery time of your products
• BazarA2z aims to initiate a successful transaction between buyer and seller, however small the order amount may be. The idea is to create better mutual trust and open door for more transactions in future
• If your very first shipment runs into trouble - whole purpose of BazarA2z gets defeated
• If such situation arises, you should communicate with buyer directly and do your best to settle the dispute amicably
• BazarA2z will try its best to help you as well as concerned buyer to settle the dispute in a mutually benefial way
• However, the onus is on you and your buyer. BazarA2z can not do more than counselling
