BazarA2Z is a B2B E-Commerce Marketplace for wholesale transaction. It serves as complimentary wholesale platform for members of Vanik Online-To-Offline (O2O) distribution platform. Channel partners often prefer to start a wholesale relationship with brands before signing distribution contract. BazarA2Z helps brands explore wholesale channel over B2B E-Commerce platform of BazarA2Z.
BazarA2Z facilitates b2b wholesale transaction between brand and channel partner by standing as a security – minimizing uncertainty and apprehensions often associated with very first transaction between two businesses. Brands and channel partners are free to conduct subsequent transactions directly outside BazarA2Z platform.
BazarA2Z is presently in beta version, does not charge any commission. Joining this platform is completely optional. However, members who join BazarA2Z platform must agree to following terms and conditions
- BazarA2Z is an E-Commerce platform for helping brands and channel partner execute wholesale transaction
- The brands are referred here as Seller and Channel Partners as Buyers
- The seller takes the responsibility of supplying product information - description, specification, packing, MRP, Minimum Order Quantity (or Lot), wholesale margin, product image and all other related information required for creating its product catalog. Seller decides Minimum Order Quantity (lot), wholesaler margin, discount for volume buying etc. The automated platform of BazarA2Z makes the job easier
- BazarA2Z support staff, in association with Seller, shall create product catalog with all necessary information required for wholesale transaction over B2B E-Commerce marketplace.
- Seller shall ensure the product is available in stock. In case the product is not available or run out of stock, it will be responsibility of seller to mark such products as UNAVAILABLE in Seller dashboard
- Buyer orders a product by paying its price (product price + GST + delivery cost). Being a wholesale platform – products are sold in lots (Minimum Order Quantity). Seller decides lot size and all orders must be multiples of lot size. BazarA2Z offers dynamic pricing - higher the volume lesser is the price. BazarA2Z takes care of dynamic product pricing, ordering and online payment solution through secure Payment Gateways by national players. Buyers can pay through credit card / debit card / netbaking / wallet etc. Payment made by buyer for an order will remain with BazarA2Z till the time order is executed successfully. On successful order execution, BazarA2Z will transfer payment received for concerned order from Payment Gateway to seller’s bank. Usually, Payment Gateways charge 2% fee. So, payment to Seller will be less that amount. You expressly allow BazarA2Z.com and its parent company Ace InfoBanc Pvt Ltd to hold the order amount in its account temporarily till the order is executed successfully.
- Once an order has been placed and buyer made payment - concerned seller will be informed of order and payment details for execution. Seller is free to contact the buyer and negotiate wherever necessary. We encourage a healthy and trustful relationship between seller and buyer.
- Seller takes responsibility for raising invoice as per GST norms and feed the invoice data at BazarA2Z dashboard for onward communication to buyer. BazarA2Z will provide all necessary information regarding the order for raising invoice at seller's end. The invoice (on seller's stationery) will be between seller and buyer without any mention of BazarA2Z.
- Seller takes the responsibility of delivering the product through courier or whatever means. The system helps seller in estimating delivery cost for each lot during catalog creation exercise based on prevailing courier rates. Seller enjoys the options to charge full delivery cost, a flat delivery cost or completely waive off delivery charge. Seller may even places his own rates for calculating delivery cost. Once ordered product has been dispatched - seller must input product dispatch information (e.g. courier AWB number) at BazarA2Z dashboard so that buyer can monitor delivery progress. Thus, buyer seller remain in sync all the time through a transparent process.
- Any complaint by buyer about product, delivery, packing etc. will be directed to seller and both buyer and seller shall resolve the dispute (if any) amicably between them. Seller undertakes to replace/refund any product buyer rejects because of malfunction, defect, delayed delivery or whatever reason.
- Remember, your buyer is not consumer but a wholesaler who could be your future distribution partner. Please use the transaction process to build a healthy relationship as a wholesaler is likely to come back again and again for repeat purchases – and may eventually become your distribution partner. Relationship is the bedrock of business-to-business transactions - use bazarA2Z platform to cement a lasting relationship with your future channel partner.
- Seller and Buyer are free to do transactions directly outside BazarA2Z platform. In fact, we encourage you to start direct transaction as early as possible. The purpose of bazarA2Z is to hand-hold during first transaction, to remove uncertainty and apprehensions. The faster you forge a lasting b2b relationship with channel partner - happier we all be at BazarA2Z.
- BazarA2Z will pay order amount – as received at Payment Gateway to seller’s bank on successful delivery. In case the buyer refuses to accept the order or any dispute arises - we shall return the order amount back to buyer and ask you to resolve the dispute between yourselves.
- You agree that BazarA2Z is offering its service with best intention for your welfare and can not be held responsible for any material or otherwise loss you may suffer because of transaction or usage of BazarA2Z services. BazarA2Z services are free and optional - you are free to join or decline this offer.
- In addition to above - you also agree to other policies as stated in BazarA2Z website (e.g. General Terms and Conditions, User Agreement etc.)
